Baked Buffalo Chicken Breasts - Gluten Free!!

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 oz each or cut 2 in half)4 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce (I like Frank's brand)Non-stick cooking sprayCookie sheet lined with foil
Directions
1. Marinate chicken breast in wing sauce over night or for at least an hour in a gallon size zip top bag.

2. Spray foil lined cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 or until done.

I serve this with yummy roasted broccoli with garlic, olive oil, salt, & pepper (cooked at same temp) & celery sticks with light blue cheese dressing. Or over a big green salad with lots of veggies & yummy low-fat blue cheese dressing or whatever kind you prefer!
