Tapioca Pudding w/Bascom's

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bascom's Tapioca3 cups non-fat milk1/4 teaspoon salt2 eggs1/2 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
combine tapioca, milk & salt. stir until boiling. simmer 2 minutes on lowest heat. beat eggs with sugar and equalize temperature by adding some tapioca. mix all together and continue to cook on lowest heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly. when cool stir in vanilla.
