High Protein Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip Mookies (Muffin & Cookie combo)

Ingredients
I jar unsweetened Apple Sauce (approx 1 1/2 cups)2 bananas, mashed1/2 Cup Splenda Brand Brown Sugar Blend2 Eggs3 Tsps Vanilla Extract1/4 cup light margarine or butter (optional)1 1/2 Cups Flour1 Tbsp Cinnamon3 tsps Nutmeg1 tsp Baking Soda2 1/2 Cup Oatmeal (instant worked fine)1/4 Cup Wheat Germ1/2 Cup Protein Powder (chocolate or vanilla, or desired flavor)1 Tbsp Cocoa1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Mix together. Spoon onto greased (light Pam) cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
