Ingredients
1 Scoop (approximatley 1/4 cup) Designer Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1 Tablespoon Mott's Plus Applesauce1 Tablespoon Water1 Pack Stevia (Splenda is O.K., too)1 oz. Philidelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese1 Tablespoon Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup
Directions
Combine Protein Powder, Cinnamon, Applesauce, Vanilla, and Water into a Microwave safe Coffee mug (or if you're really cool, a ramkin :D). Mix ingredients thouroughly until a "brownie like batter consistency" is achieved.

Next, add in Spleda, mixing it in evenly with the rest of the mixture. Once complete with mixing, insert Coffee mug into microwave.

Cook on High for approximatley one minute (Note: microwave powers may vary).

Remove from microwave, and tip over mug onto a plate. You may have to use a fork to remove sides of the "brownie", but it always falls out nicely for me.

Top with Cream Cheese and Chocolate Syrup... AND ENJOY!

Your recipe ingredients are different from what you used to factor the nutrition! You figured Sugar Free Syrup and listed 1 Tablespoon Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup. That effects the carbs and calories a lot. - 2/2/11

Maybe I did something wrong. But it was rubbery and dry. Too long in the microwave? Maybe more applesauce? I don't want to rate this until I have either gotten a response or have tried it again with some adjustments. - 1/17/10

try this w/preed prunes or pureed canned beets instead of applesauce, more nutrition - less carbs no flavor change. and try blue agave syrup - all natural low glycemic 1 tbs = 1 tbs sweetener - 10/10/09

We didn't have applesauce so we used 1 Tblsp of nonfat chocolate pudding. I thought it tased pretty good but was a little dry - 8/8/10

This just isn't so good... the texture is good for a microwave brownies, but it's just not that chocolatey and sweet. Sorry, just being honest. Thanks.
Note: I used my own brand of PP: Super Advanced Whey Protein (choc) - 2/5/10

not bad. I used liquid stevia and the taste is off a bit. I will use a packet next time. - 1/6/13

I used 365 brand protein, and put peanut butter on top not cream cheese. I didn't use sweetener, which was fine. Only cooked for 45 seconds, which was too much - it was pretty dry. It wasn't very chocolatey. Next time, I will double the applesauce, cook for 30 seconds, and add 1/2T cocoa powder. - 6/26/12

Wow I want to try this one! I'll save it so it shows up on my iPhone (easier to read by the microwave. I love that you already have Stevia figured into it. I tried the blue agave but got too much of a "rush". Read on Dr. Mercola that agave syrup was not much different than HFCS! I was shocked! - 8/30/10

if you wanted to make the recipe for more than one, you would just multiply the ingredients by the number of servings you need...
