Matzoh Apple Pudding

-2 apples-3 eggs-3 Cups matzoh farfel-hot water-1/4 lb. raisins-2 Tbsp. margarine - melted-Additional margarine as needed-1/2 Cup sugar-dash cinnamon-wine to taste (about 1/2 cup)
1. Place matzoh farfel in a bowl. Add enough hot water to soften the matzoh farfel.
2. Core, peel and chop the apples.
3. Add the apples, eggs, raisins, margarine, sugar, cinnamon, and wine to the matzoh farfel in the bowl and stir to combine.
4. Spread in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Dot top with additional margarine.
5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
