Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. 93% Lean Ground Beef1 c. onion3 garlic cloves3 T. parsley flakes1 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 c. Light Sour Cream2.5 c. Wide Egg Noodles1 t. salt.25 t. black pepper
Directions
Brown meat with chopped onion, chopped garlic, and parsley flakes. When meat is brown, add cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

Boil wide egg noodles until soft. Strain noodles and add to meat mixture.

Makes about 4 servings.
