Blueberry Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries10 dates6 apricots2-3 cups water2 Tbsp corn starch2 cups blueberries
Directions
In a sauce pan, heat up blueberries, dates, apricots, and water. Pour into Vitamix and add corn starch. Blend well. Return to sauce pan and add 2 cups blueberries. Reheat and then serve.
