Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey2 small eggs1 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup finely chopped onion3 cloves garlic finely chopped1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Roll into meatballs.
Cook by frying, or bake on a greased cookie sheet or drop into boiling broth or simmering sauce and cook until no longer pink in the middle. Cooking time will be roughly 30 minutes long, but may take more or less time depending on how you're cooking them.
Makes about 24, 1" diameter meatballs
