Smokey Barbecue Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 cup cider vinegar1/3 cup honey4 Salmon fillets
Directions
Pour vinegar into large bowl and microwave for 4 minutes on high. Whisk in honey and microwave again for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Coat salmon with BBQ Rub and cook over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until flaky. When done, brush on vinegar honey mixture and serve.
