Simple Sloppy Lentils

Ingredients
6 C. cooked lentils2-4 C. cooking liquid, depending how sloppy you want 'em2 med. onions, chopped1 6 oz. can tomato paste1/4 C. blackstrap molasses1/4 C. cider vinegar1 Tbs. soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer for 20 minutes or until onions are tender.

Great as a stew or served over whole grain buns.

Serves 12, approximately 1 cup per serving.
