1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR1 CUP OATMEAL1 CUP NON FAT MILK.25 CUP PLUS 1 TBSP SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR BLEND - PACKED.25 CUP SMART BALANCED 50/50 BUTTER BLEND - NO SALT - SOFTENED2 MEDIUM BANANAS - CHOPPED INTO 1/4 - INCH PIECES3 TBSP EGG WHITE SUBSTITUTE2.5 TSP BAKING POWDER.5 TSP SALT.5 TSP ALLSPICE

MIX DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS SEPERATELY, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. STIR IN BANANA PIECES. SPOON BATTER IN PREPARED MUFFIN CUPS. BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN IN A PREHEATED 375 DEGREES OVEN. MAKES 12 MUFFINS.
