Broiled Bananas

Ingredients
2 medium bananas1 tsp cinnamon sugar1 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream, divided
Directions
Before peeling, split bananas longways so that they lay flat, cut side down.

Sprinkle each cut side with 1 tsp cinnamon sugar and let sit for a moment.

Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Arrange bananas cut side down in skillet and let cook until soft (3-4 minutes)

Remove with tongs and arrange one banana in each bowl; you may need to use a spoon to get the flesh out of the peel.

Top with 1/2 cup ice cream.
