Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing

1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup sesame oil1 teaspoon dry pectin as emulsifier1 cup rice vinegar1 tablespoons soy sauce1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons dry mustard2 tablespoons Splenda SugarBlend2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1. Combine oils and set aside
2. Add all remaining ingredients except sesame seeds to blender and mix on high for 30 seconds.
3. Add the oils through the top in a slow stream until emulsified.
4. Add the sesame seeds and pulse three times.
5. Store in a glass container and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
