Ingredients
Directions
2 cups rolled oats1/2 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup honey1/4 cup olive oilpinch salt1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/4 cup chopped prunes, or any dried fruit1/4 cup pecans, or any nut of your choice, coarsely chopped.
Add everything except the prunes and back in a deep dish for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Stir in prunes and other dried fruit while mix is warm.
Store in zipper bags; if you split it up into 2 or more baggies, the mix won't break up as much.
Makes eight 2 oz. servings
Great with rice milk, or over fruit and yogurt, or out of hand!
