Mounds flavor pudding

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk (for fewer calories, use light coconut milk- it's just as good.)3 Tbsp cornstarch3 Tbsp powdered cocoa.5 cup (1/2 cup) sugar (for a less candy-like pudding, use .25- 1/4 cup- sugar)1 Tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whip cornstarch and cocoa into 1/2 cup coconut milk until there are no lumps.
Add to rest of coconut milk in saucepan.
cook until thickened, about 5 minutes on medium low heat.
remove from heat
add sugar and stir very well
add Vanilla extract and stir
serve warm or refridgerate
