Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
1 lb bonless skinless chicken breast (4 pieces)1 egg1/2 c Panko bread crumbs8 oz. deli ham, sliced thin4 oz. reduced fat swiss
Directions
Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg and then in bread crumbs. Lightly fry until bread crumbs are golden brown. Layer 2 oz ham and 1 oz. cheese on each chicken breast. If desired, roll chicken breasts into rolls. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through. About 15-20 minutes.
