2pks-vermicilli pasta (the flat pasta)2-boneless, skinless, chicken breasts2 jar-white alfredo sauce1 8oz. can of dices sweet tomatoes
in a large. sauce pan add water and a teaspoon of vegtable oil...bring to boil....add pasta.....let it cook until tender.
season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet all the way through.......dice chicken into bite-size pieces
drain pasta and return to sauce pan .....add alfredo sauce and diced chicken breast....add tomatoes (add as little or as much as you like)....pepper to taste . stir together and serve.
serving size 1 3/4 cups of the finish product
about 6-10
