Black and White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 cups chopped Chicken Breast 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup chopped onion 1 can Beans, great northern 1 can Beans, black 1 jar Salsa Juice of 1 lime Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2 cup
Directions
Brown chicken and onion in olive oil. Drain and rinse both cans of beans. Add rest of the ingredients to pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Very good! I did a can of Seasoned Recipe Black Beans and did a can of Rotel instead of the salsa. I also added a few blue corn tortilla chips on the side for serving. - 2/19/08
