Ingredients
1/2c oatmeal (150 calories per 1/2 c. dry)1/2c banana (half of banana is 60 calories)1/2c. unsweetened soy milk or nonfat milk (about 35 calories with 1/2c unsweetened soy)I can't believe its not real butter spraynon-stick cooking spray optional: splenda, cinnamon , sugar free jam and sugar free syrup or nuts or different fruit
Directions
blend oatmeal in blender to make oat flour

t bowl combine 1/2 banana, splenda to taste, milk or soymilk, cinnamon if you like it and oatmeal

Heat pan and spray pan with I cannot believe its real butter spray and nonstick spray

Makes two pancakes. I like to put more I cannot believe its not real butter and 2 tablespoons sugar free jam!
