Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts1 pkg Green Curry paste1 can lite coconut milk1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup snow peas1 onion1 cup spinach leafs
Directions
Saute sliced chicken in olive oil. Add Snow peas and onion when chicken is about 1/2 done. When cooked add the coconut milk and curry paste. When bubbling and mixed well add the spinach, stir til wilted.
Serve over brown rice
