Sausage and Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
* *Italian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lb (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) (red, white and green) * Brussels sprouts, fresh, 8 sprout , halved * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove) * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove) * Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium , chopped * Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove) * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown sausage with onions. Add carrots, corn, peas and brussel sprouts, let cook for 10 minutes. Add spinach and Worcestershire sauce.

Add Black Pepper and Red Pepper to taste.

Can be served over Brown rice, or rice of your choosing.
