Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained1 cup low fat cottage cheese (Hood)1 egg1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained2 sundried tomato chicken sausage, sliced (al fresco)1 cup Sargento reduced fat shredded mozzarella1 cup pasta sauce1 medium tomato (sliced)1.5 cups sliced zucchinni, par cooked
Directions
Mix together cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, and egg in a medium bowl. In a large loaf pan place 2 lasagna noodles. Top with 1/4 cup sauce. Top with 1/2 spinach mixture. Top with 1/2 sausage. Place 1/2 tomato slices on top of sausage then layer sliced zucchini. Top with 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat again. Top final layer with 2 noodles and 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 until heated through. Makes 4 servings
