Asparagus Soup NO DAIRY!!!

Ingredients
Asparagus 1 BunchVegetable Broth 2 cups1/2 onion1 tbsp olive Oil1 wedge of Lemon
Directions
1. Blanch Asparagus and onions - set 2 spears and a few pieces of onion.
2. Blend together in a blender or food processor.
3. Strain through a fine colander
4. Heat broth and add asparagus mixture with olive oil.
5. Arrange asparagus and onion in 2 bowls and slowly add soup around it.
6. Add a pinch of salt and spritz with lemon.
