Cream Cheese Apple Bake

Ingredients
1c White Flour1c Wheat Flour1/2c Smart Balance Spread1/2c Butter1/2tsp Salt1/3c Splenda2tbsp Cinnamon2tsp Clove2 Egg Whites1c Splenda1.5pkg Low Fat Cream Cheese4 Apples, Medium1c Brown Sugar1tbsp Smart Balance Spread
Directions
Crust: Combine both flours, salt and splenda in a bowl. Cut the butter and smart balance in.

Once crumbly, place in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and press until firm. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.

Filling: Combine cream cheese, splenda, egg white, cinnamon and clove. Core and peel the apples. Cut them into thin wedges. Mix into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust after the cool time has been met.

Topping: Pour brown sugar into a small bowl. Melt smart balance spread and mix with the brown sugar using a fork. Spread evenly over the entire dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.

Cool for at least 4 hours before serving.
