Seven Layer Salad3 c romaine lettuce shredded1 small sweet onion chopped10 oz pkg frozen edamame Light miracle whip-spread to cover these layers2 c cauliflower chopped1 sweet red pepper chopped6 boiled eggs choppedLight miracle whip spread on these layersShredded cheese to top
Directions
If you have a problem with raw onions, steam them in the microwave for a minute and cool before adding to salad.
