Raw Super Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients
2 creamy avocados1 cup asparagus, cut in small pieces4 stalks celery, choppedPinch of sea salt (optional)1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Directions
Mix the mashed avocados with the veggies and sea salt. Put the mixture in individual ramekin dishes and sprinkle sunflower seed on top and place. Serve with a light salad.
