Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 (10oz.) package of frozen broccoli cuts12 oz. shredded, cooked chicken breasts.5 c. breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned).5 c. 2% kraft shredded cheese1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
Directions
Put Broccoli in the bottom of a microwave safe bowl and defrost. Shred Chicken and put over broccoli. Top with Cream of Chicken Soup, then add cheese and breadcrumbs. Cook @ 350* F for 35 min or until cheese/breadcrumbs are browned. Enjoy!

    Good chance a lot of the sodium comes from using pre-cooked/packaged chicken. It's easier but it will add sodium. I may try this but cook my own chicken (can cook it at 425 for 15-20 minutes! - 4/14/09
