Jeannie's Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients
12 Corn tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Turkey, diced, 1 lb Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 425 grams Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Chop onion and saute. I use water
Before preparing your tortillas with the sauce, put about 1/4 cup sauce in the bottom of the pan.

To prepare the tortillas, I like to use a pastry brush to put the sauce on the tortillas.
I put about 2 tbs turkey, and 1 tbs cheese, and 1 tsp onion per enchilada. Once enchiladas are in the pan, cover with left over cheese. If no cheese left over use about 1/4 cup cheese
