8 oz linguine3/4 c prepared Good Seasons zesty Italian Dressing mix for fat free dressing, divided2 c sliced fresh mushrooms1 small onion thinly sliced1 can artichoke hearts 14oz drained1 lb. uncooked shrimp1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Heat 1/2 c of the dressing in a large pan medium heat.
Stir in mushroom, onions, and artichokes; cook 3 minutes or until onoins are tender.
Add shrimp and parsley; stir and cool 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and veggies are tender.
add to pasta along with the remaining dressing and toss, sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!
