Black Bean and Chickpea Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)3 tbsp BBQ sauce.25 cup wheat flour1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Drain black beans and garbanzos well! In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together. Mash beans with a potato masher until sticky.
With a large spoon make 6 burger sized patties on parchment paper (to freeze) or foil (to cook right away). Bake patties on a cookie sheet in a 350˚ oven for about 25 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
Serve on a bun or bread as you would a hamburger.
