9 cups oats2 cups coconut2 cups slivered almonds.5 cups wheat germ1.25 cups canola oil (can sub olive oil or coconut oil).75 cup honey.5 cup dates.5 cup raisins.5 cup pineapple.5 cup cherries.5 cup apricots
Mix oats, coconut, almonds, wheat germ, oil, and honey. Bake at 350 on two cookie sheets stirring every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes (level of crunchiness is personal preference). When cooled, stir in fruit and store. Makes 36, half cup servings.
