Chicken BreastAvacadoCream CheeseTeryaki Sauce
Directions
Boil chicken until fully cooked. Shred and add teryaki sauce. Spread cream cheese on roll and add avacado and chicken and enjoy!

You can probably make this lower in fat with fat free or low fat cream cheese and low sodium teryaki sauce. But it also has some good fats in it.
