Creamy Potato Soup

Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 4 tbsp (remove)*Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)*Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 2 serving (remove)*Flour, white, .10 cup (remove)salt and pepper as desired
Peel and dice potatoes. Boil in water until tender. Dissolve flour in 3 Tbsp water. Add in and mix thouroughly.Add butter, cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer app. 20 minutes.
