Tom's Chicken Enchiladas

10 burrito size flour tortilla's your favorite.1 lb boiled chicken breast meat shredded or ground.1 package McCormick Enchilada sauce mix1 oz 4 cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese from 2 cup bag.1tbls veg oil
If using ground chicken saute in oil until cooked through then add Enchilada sauce mix according to package directions. Cook over low heat until thickened. Put 2 tbls of chicken and sauce mix in 1 flour tortilla sprinkle withe 1 oz of cheese and fold into packet and put on cookie sheet. Repeat with other tortillas, sauce and cheese. Makes 10 enchiladas. Spoon left over sauce on Enchiladas and sprinkle with left over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and diced tomato. Makes 10 enchiladas.
