Ingredients
BEEF 250 gmTOMATO 1 medium wholeTOMATO CANNED 0.5 cupSEASONING 2tbspSUNFLOWER OIL 0.75 cupTURNIPS 2 cup, cubedONION raw 0.5 cup chopped
Directions
Heat the oil then fry chopped onion till soft n light brown.
Add seasoning n canned tomatoes stir till tomato gets soft.
Now add beef and stir it n add whole tomato with it add 3 cup water . leave till beef till tender.
Then add turnip n cook for 30 minutes.
