Low-Fat Chocolate Cake w/ Fat-Free Chocolate Frosting

1 package of chocolate cake mix1-1/3 cups of water1 package of fat-free sugar free pudding mix1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce3 egg whitesFat-Free Chocolate Frosting1 8oz container of Fat-free Cool Whip1 package of chocolate Fat -free Sugar-free Jello Pudding2 cups of cold fat free milk (I prefer Dairy Ease)
Preheat oven on 325. To grease the cake pans I like to use pan spray on dark cake pans, then I take a piece of paper towel to wipe off the excess.
Combined, cake mix, water, applesauce,pudding mix, egg whites in bowl Mix on low speed for 30 seconds then blend 2 mins on medium speed. Put the cake mix in 2- 9in round pans.
Cook time
34 Mins on 325 degrees.
Test the cake with a toothpick to see if it is done if the toothpick comes out clean. Then let the cake cool for about an hour.
Frosting
Prep
Combine milk and pudding mix into a bowl and beat for two minutes with a wire whisk set pudding mixture in the refrigator for 5 mins. Take the mixture out of the refrigator and fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until its nice a smooth.
Frost the cake using a cake spatula. You can eat right away or set in the refrigator and eat later.

I know it doesn't something happened in the process of me doing it and I don't know hoe to fix it to make it correct. If you know how could you please tell me so I can fix it. Thank you. However, according to my nutritionist this is healthful option for cakes.
