Reduced Fat Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Keebler 9 " reduced fat graham crust1 cup cottage cheese - blended until smoothAdd 1 Tbsp vanilla and splenda. I use the packets and used 16 packets.Mix this 30 seconds or so and then add 12 oz fat free cream chees (softened)Blend until mixed.Add 1 cup egg substitue and continue blending until smooth. Pour into graham crust.
Directions
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on counter for 15 minutes then refrigerate for 2 hours. 1/8 pie is a serving size. Serve with fruit and light whip if desired.
