Ingredients
6 Barilla Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)1 jar of Organic (no sugar added)Pasta Sauce8 oz Low Fat Ricotta Cheese8 oz Kraft 2% Mozzarella 1/2 bag of Fresh Baby Spinach1 Thinly Sliced Zucchini1 Thinly Sliced Summer Squash1 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
Starting with a light layer of sauce in the bottom of an 8x8 plan, layer noodles, sauce, ricotta, vegetables, and mozzarella in that order, topping final layer with two lasagna noodles, remaining sauce, ricotta cheese and mozzarella. Be sure all noodles are covered with sauce to ensure they cook through. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered with foil and 10 minutes uncovered . Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
