Crockpot Italian Beef

Ingredients
4lb. Eye of Round Roast1 cup sliced jalapenos, including juice (mild rings can be substituted)2 packets zesty italian salad dressing mix2 beef bouillon cubeswater
Directions
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water to create a broth. Place roast, jalapenos and salad dressing mix into crockpot. Add beef broth and enough water to cover the roast. Cook on low for 8 hours or until desired doneness.

Serve with your favorites rolls and cheese.

Makes 12-4 oz servings.
