Low Fat Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
3 Medium Bananas1/2 cup Fat Free Milk1/2 tsp Vanilla1 cup Rolled Oats (finely ground in blender)1/4 cup Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup All Whites Liquid Eqq Whites
Directions
1. In a blender - puree the bananas, milk & vanilla.

2. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to soft peaks.

4. Fold the banana puree into the dry mixture. Then fold the egg whites into mixture.

5. Use a 1/4 measuring cup, drop batter into a heated non-stick pan.

Makes 15 yummy pancakes! Enjoy!
