Ingredients
-Oroweat Whole Grain & flax english muffin - 1 Muffin-JIF creamy peanut butter, 1 tbsp-Banana, fresh, .25 cup, sliced
Directions
Put 1tbsp of peanut butter on one side of your toasted english muffin, then place .25 cup of sliced banana on it, put other piece on top and eat like a small sandwich.
