5 white or whole wheat pita flat breads1 tblsp olive oil1 tblsp butter1 tblspoon mrs. dash tomato, basil, and garlic seasoning2 chicken breast or 4 to 5 chicken tenders1 cup shredded turkey or meatless bacon3 artichoke crowns diced1 cup parmesan cheese1 cup monterey or mozzerella cheese1 cup chedder cheese
preheat oven to 375
melt butter in microwave
mix together olive oil, mrs dash seasoning, ranch and butter set aside
cook chicken and bacon in frying pan when done dice in to 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces
dice up artichoke crowns same way
place pita bread on a rack, take a brush and brush on the butter ranch sauce coating the whole top of the pita bread
spread monterey and chedder cheese on top of the pitas then add the chicken, bacon, artichokes then top with parmesan cheese place rack in oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or intill cheese is bubblly and the crust is lite brown cut and enjoy

Well I made this a little differently. For the crust I used mission carb balance wheat tortilla. There is only 3 grams of net carbs on each tortilla. I put my chicken breast in the oven with onion and herb seasoning. Then I took the tortilla shells and put a light coat of ranch on them. - 5/3/12
