Ingredients
* Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .5 cup (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove) * Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
fry up veggies very large pan, onions first then boil water for rice, then brown chicken add all together with the soy and biutter
