Stephanie's Abs Diet Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ouncesFrozen Vegetables, Great Value, Asparagus Stir-Fry, 5 cupSauce, Stir Fry, Kikkoman, 12 tbspFrozen Vegetables, Birdseye Steamfresh Asian Medley, 3.5 cupBok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cupNasoya Extra Firm Organic Tofu 1/5 pkg=1svg, 1 packageEVOO, Bertolli (1 tbsp), 2 serving Garlic, 5 clovesGinger Root, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat EVOO, garlic, and ginger in wok. Saute chicken and tofu in pan for 10 minutes. I use a 2nd wok to saute all vegetables about 10 minutes. Combine veggies, chicken, & tofu in one skillet and add stir-fry sauce. Best served over Kashi 7 grain rice pilaf.
