4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded1 large tomato1 medium onion1 fresh bunch or 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp. chili powdergarlic salt to taste
Cook chicken and tear apart into skillet. Place tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic cloves in blender or food processor and blend til mixed well. May need to add very little water to blender to cushion the veggies and allow them to blend. Pour sauce over chicken, add garlic salt and chili powder, simmer 15-20 min. Place in a flour or corn tortilla.
