Pepper Steak

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb slicedPaprika, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, slicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Cornstarch, 2 tbsp. *Soy Sauce, .25 cup Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Tomatoes, 2 medium cut in small wedges White Rice, long grain, 4 cup
Directions
Slice steak; brown with paprika. Add garlic and broth, simmer 30 min. Stir in onion and green pepper. Cover & continue cooking 5 min.
Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture. Cook until sauce thickens. Add tomatoes and serve over cooked rice.
