Ham and String Bean soup

Directions
cook ham and cube into pieces, make string beans but don't cook all the way - leave crunchy, cut up string beans, simmer ham bone with 10 cups water or more, cool take off fat from top, simmer again with string beans and ham (take bone out).
Then cool and freeze or eat.
