Absolutely wonderful! My husband had seconds, then thirds. This recipe is super easy to adapt to your wants and needs also. Sodium? Use fresh veggies. Corn or beans not your thing? Use your favs. Love cheese? Add grated cheese to your potatoes when you mash them. Yummy! Thank you! - 1/5/11

I made this for supper last night and it was delicious! Had the leftovers for lunch today, and was even better! The hubs liked it as much as I did, so will be making this again! - 4/29/09

Is it a misprint that you only need 3 oz of ground beef? I used 1 lb of lean hamburger meat & it seemed just right. Delicious, by the way!! - 7/6/11

Sound good. Will rate later after making low salt version using fresh corn & beans. I will also add some onion and garlic. - 4/18/09

This sounds great and easy! I will try it!

@Bobbi09 - if you substituted fresh or frozen corn & green beans instead of the canned, it would cut the sodium and you could have some, too! - 4/18/09
