Banana Pudding

Ingredients
measure 1 cup of milk put in blender with the bananas. then pour back into a measuring cup and top off to 1.5 cups. add to the saucepan. add 1/4 cup sugar and the tsp of vanilla. measure out 1/2 cup of milk add the egg and top off to 3/4 if necessary. Then add 3 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of (semolina) flour. blend and add to saucepan.
Directions
cook on med heat while whisking until boiling. whisk vigorously for about 2 min while it boils. then turn it off.
beat the pudding. put in to 5 1/2 cup snack bowls
