2 C cooked wheat (bulgur or Wheat berries)1 carrot finely diced1 rib celery finely diced2 shallots finely diced.5 sweet bell pepper (any Color) finely diced1 Tb seasoned rice vinegar2 tsp soy sauce2 tsp canola oil.25 tsp hot pepper sauce
Cook vegetables in oil until just beginning to soften.
Add vinegar, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce and
cook a few minutes longer.
Add cooked wheat and cook until heated through.
